Steps to Apply:

1. You will schedule an appointment to pick up the application at our office (199 West North Avenue, West Chicago, IL 60185).
2. You will then return the completed application along with the $35 application fee to our office.
3. Screenings, credit and background checks, will be conducted. These results may take up to 5 business days.
5. If you pass these screenings, we will reach out to request required documents.
6. Once approved, we will let you know. Then, you will move-in on the date discussed.
